Next General Meeting

The next general meeting for Local 4177 will be held at Fraser Lake Elementary Secondary School (FLESS) in Fraser Lake at 11 am on Saturday February 25, 2012.  As this is the Annual General Meeting elections will be held.  All members are encouraged to attend to hear what is new, what is happening and ask questions of the Executive.

Teachers Job Action

The teachers of BC are currently on a job action. They are teaching but are not doing administrative tasks such as atttend staff meetings handing out or collectin certain forms. We want to remind everyone that CUPE members are still doing what they were before the job action and should not be taking on any of the tasks that teachers are not presently doing because of the action they have taken.
